Chef Ben is a classically trained Cordon Bleu chef graduating from the Californian Culinary Academy in 2004. He then started his catering company, Food with Shein, which has taken him across the San Francisco Bay area, catering for clients from all walks of life, at a variety of occasions.
Chef Ben has devised unique menus and taste sensations for a wealth of occasions such as private events from 7 course plated private winemaker tasting dinners, to corporate parties on Chartered yachts and family style weddings.
